Crafted with 100% pure blue agave, Espolon Tequila Reposado is created not produced. To get the richer, more intense flavors the agave piñas are cooked longer than most - for 18 to 20 hours. The resulting flavor is bold and round on the palate, with medium to full body. You'll may detect notes of rich roasted agave, sweet tropical fruit, vanilla and brown spices. Espolon makes its home in the Highlands, called Los Altos by the locals of Jalisco. Crafed in the San Nicolas distillery, this tequila is considered by many to be emblematic of what a true reposado should be.
