Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. Member will receive a call, text, and email from our White Glove Delivery partner (RXO) to schedule delivery. RXO will provide the 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. If delivery hasn't been scheduled within 2 weeks of the order date, Sam's Club reserves the right to cancel and refund the order. The delivery agent can refuse pickup of any stained mattress and/or foundation for the safety of the drivers.
