If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund. If you feel the mattress may be defective, please reach out to the Serta Simmons Customer Service team to discuss options under the 10-year limited warranty. Serta Order Process All bases are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. Members will receive a call, text, and email from the White Glove Delivery partner (RXO) to schedule delivery. RXO will provide the 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. If delivery hasn't been scheduled within 2 weeks of the order date, Serta Simmons reserves the right to cancel and refund the order. White Glove Delivery: Set Up and Haul Away Includes setup of the item(s) in the room of your choice. Setup is not provided for any base or frame not delivered by RXO.
