Serta Mattress Order Process All Serta mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. • Member will receive a call, text and email from our White Glove Delivery partner (RXO) to schedule delivery. • RXO will provide the 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. • Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. • If delivery hasn't been scheduled within 2 weeks of order date, Serta Simmons reserves the right to cancel and refund the order. • For any concerns or questions regarding your order please contact the Serta Simmons Sam's Club team at (888) 802-2948.
