From the vineyard to the bottle, we strive to make exceptional wine in ways that care for our environment and future generations. It all starts in the vineyard, where we meticulously manage our irrigation systems, using advanced soil moisture data to optimize water usage. By fine-tuning every drop, we ensure our grapes thrive while conserving this precious resource. Our state-of-the-art harvesting equipment further reflects this ethos, allowing us to gather our grapes with maximum efficiency and minimal impact. The commitment to sustainability continues in our winery. We've adopted energy-efficient practices throughout fermentation and storage, reducing our carbon footprint without compromising the quality of our wine. By focusing on low-energy solutions, we ensure that every bottle is crafted with care for both taste and the environment. The little things truly add up: we recycle all usable materials, use energy-efficient and eco-friendly lighting throughout our operations, and compost as much as possible to reduce waste. Even our packaging reflects our values. By choosing recyclable screw tops over traditional corks, we reduce waste while maintaining the freshness and quality our customers expect. This small yet impactful choice ensures that sustainability extends all the way to the final pour. Our dedication extends beyond winemaking through our partnership with the Friendship School Foundation. This collaboration allows us to invest in preserving the cultural heritage of our vineyards, our craft, and our vibrant community. Storage If you have a corked wine, store it on its side to keep the cork wet and prevent the wine from oxidizing. If it is a twist-off top you can store it upright. Once opened, all wines are good for 2-5 days. If unopened, sweet and semi-sweet wines can be stored for up to 18 months. The dry reds can age anywhere from 3-8 years.
